How a Booking Gets Confirmed

Every request follows the same path. You share the trip details, the team checks current availability for your date, matches a vehicle to your group and luggage, and confirms the rate and reservation details with you. Nothing is booked until those details and the payment arrangement are agreed directly with the team, which is why fixed rates are not published on the website.

What to Include With Your Request

The more complete the request, the faster the answer. A good booking message covers:

  • Pickup and drop-off addresses, including terminal or airline for airport trips
  • Travel date, preferred pickup time, and whether you need a return ride
  • Passenger count and luggage
  • Flight number, for arrivals and departures
  • Vehicle preference — sedan, SUV or Sprinter van — or a note to let the team recommend one
  • Extra stops, a set return time, or child car seats you are bringing

Airport Pickup Guidance, Terminal by Terminal

Private car pickup points differ from airport to airport and change from time to time, so the instructions that apply to your terminal are confirmed with your reservation rather than guessed at in advance. On the day of travel, follow the airport's current pickup procedures along with the details in your confirmation, and share your flight number so flight status can be referenced when the ride is planned.

Airport-specific guidance lives on each page: Philadelphia (PHL), Newark (EWR), JFK, LaGuardia (LGA), Atlantic City (ACY), Albany (ALB).

Fleet Notes and Availability

The fleet is built around black sedans, SUVs and Sprinter vans, which covers solo business trips, family airport runs and larger group travel. Seating capacity, luggage space and vehicle availability are confirmed during quote review. If a group is too large for one vehicle, additional vehicles can be coordinated so everyone still travels together. The photos on the fleet page show the type of vehicle we aim to match, not a guaranteed assignment.

Policies Travelers Ask About Most

Two questions come up on nearly every booking call. Child car seats are not provided — passengers bring and install their own. And cancellation or rescheduling terms are given at the time of booking, so you see them in writing before confirming. The full customer policies and terms and conditions pages cover booking details, trip and contact information, payment arrangements and website use.

Dates Worth Booking Early

Prom and school formal season, wedding weekends, bachelorette and birthday nights out, cruise sailings, concert and sports dates, and holiday group travel all pull the same vehicles at the same times. Availability and rates are confirmed on quote, so an early request simply gives the team more to work with when those dates fill up.

Questions About a Specific Trip

Route feasibility, vehicle options and current availability are quickest by phone at (929) 452-6031. The contact page and booking form work just as well: send the trip details and the reply comes back with the vehicle, rate and reservation details.
